    Expertise

    Emanuele Rinaldi provides judicial and extrajudicial assistance and consultancy on shipping and competition law, focusing mainly on maritime and port law cases.

    His practice has a particular focus on legal issues related to port infrastructure (e.g. obtainment of State concessions, licenses, and authorizations), participation in public tenders, cases of abuse of dominant position by undertakings and/or Port Authorities, technical nautical services (e.g. towing services), the development and operation of national commercial port terminals.

    He further deals with the drafting and negotiation of commercial agreements in favour of companies mostly operating in the transportation and shipping industry.

    He has advised, especially, leading shipping lines and cruises, port terminal operators, Port System Authorities, logistics companies, marine stations, and towing companies.
