Enrico Boursier Niutta

He graduated in 2001 and has been a lawyer since 2004, working at Boursier Niutta & Partners, one of Italy's leading law firms in the field of labor law.

From 2012 to May 2025, he was a partner at Boursier Niutta & Partners, and since 2017, he has been registered in the Special Register of Cassation Lawyers.

He specializes in individual dismissals, with particular reference to the dismissal of executives, collective dismissals, company transfers, disciplinary proceedings, worker monitoring and privacy, secondments, incentive plans for executives, MBOs and fringe benefits, directors, trial and non-competition agreements, stability clauses and ‘parachute clauses’, settlement agreements, industrial relations and collective agreement negotiations, procurement contracts, agency and temporary employment contracts, industrial restructuring, including in the context of insolvency proceedings, CIGO, CIGS, CID, solidarity contracts, mobility procedures, aviation labor law, occupational health and safety, legal assistance in labor law disputes.
