Federica Ciabattini is a corporate and capital markets law expert. She assists companies and investment banks throughout their ordinary and extraordinary operations providing support in corporate and structured finance transactions, with a particular focus on equity and debt capital markets transactions.
She advises on an ongoing basis several listed issuers during their ordinary activities in relation to corporate governance issues, ownership structures and internal procedures.
In 2019, she spent several months in the firm's London office.
In 2022 she held a full-time secondment at UniCredit S.p.A. (equity capital markets and corporate financial advisory).
Federica joined the firm in 2015, right before graduating in law from the University of Milan. During University years she attended for one semester, as an exchange student, the Karlova Univerzita in Prague.
