Federico Vecchio is an expert in commercial, administrative and sports law and works both in extrajudicial and judicial assistance.
In particular, he has gained deep experience in commercial contract law and corporate law by assisting primary domestic and multinational groups in extraordinary corporate transactions, usually following merger, demerger and acquisition transactions.
Federico is and has been, a member of arbitration panels (he is on the list of arbitrators of the Arbitration Chamber at the Chamber of Commerce of Rome). He is also a member of administration and control bodies of companies of national and international importance. Regarding sports law, he was a member of CONI's (Italian National Olympic Committee) Independent Organism of Appraisal.
Over the years, he has participated and participates as a speaker in conferences and masters in corporate law and, from 2020 to the present, as a lecturer, in the master's degree in sports law "Master School of Sport of CONI; Conferences Centre for the Study of Law, Economics and Ethics of Sport; Courses in sports law and for the preparation of the Sports Agent exam; Master University La Sapienza, Faculty of Law, in Law and Sport'; he collaborates with the Chair of Sports Law at the Faculty of Law of the University La Sapienza of Rome.
