Filippo Cassola is an expert of maritime and transport law. His activity includes, in particular, shipping litigation, conservative arrests of vessels, mortgages, hypotheques, maritime claims and liens, port state, control, insurance matters and loss of cargo.
He also deals with ship finance, shipbuilding contracts, sale and purchase of vessels, registration matters as well as yachting. He is member of the Italian Maritime Law Association and contributes to the journal IL DIRITTO MARITTIMO®.
