Francesca La Croix is dealing with banking and financial litigation, advising and representing banks and financial intermediaries in a broad range of contentious matters before ordinary courts, arbitral tribunals, supervisory authorities, and alternative dispute resolution (ADR) bodies, including the ACF and ABF.
She has also developed significant expertise in the consumer credit sector, advising banks and financial intermediaries on both litigation and out-of-court matters. She provides ongoing legal advice on a wide range of issues relating to consumer credit and financial services.
