Francesco Follieri has gained experience in different areas of administrative law, both judicial and extrajudicial: public procurement, public services, public goods, town planning and construction, public administration’s companies, energy, environment, healthcare, public employment, revenue liability, expropriations, elections, cultural heritage, infrastructures (ports and airports, highways, intermodal hubs), lawful gaming and food law.
Francesco is Full Professor of Administrative Law in the Department of Law at LUM "Giuseppe Degennaro”.
He is also the author of essays and monographs on administrative law, substantive and procedural, and public economic law.
