Gian Carlo Sessa is Partner at ADVANT Nctm since its foundation in 2000
He gained considerable expertise in litigation and arbitration and in Bankruptcy Law. Mr. Sessa assists financial institutions and international companies in complex litigations on banking and corporate matters, public tenders, and trade contracts issues.
Furthermore, Mr. Sessa specializes both in national and international arbitration on the above matters. He advises a number of companies and financial institutions in complex restructuring operations and bankruptcy proceedings both on the debtor's side and on the side of financial creditors. Mr. Sessa also assists private clients on trust, succession and restructuring activities of private family assets.
He is a speaker at conferences and workshops in his areas of expertise.
