Guido Bartalini has extensive experience in out-of-court and court assistance of domestic and international clients with commercial and financial issues and domestic and international arbitrations
Qualified in Italy in 1991, since 2002 he has been professor in Private and Civil Law in two major Italian Universities: Università Commerciale L. Bocconi and Università degli Studi di Bergamo. In 2004 he was selected as International Legal Practice Advisor of John Marshall Law School (Chicago), and in 2005 as International Practice Advisor for the Center for International Legal Studies (Salzburg). In 2020 he attended the Advanced Course in Sports Law and Sports Justice “Lucio Colantuoni”.
Guido manages the Legal Desk - internationalisation of the Consortium of Network Companies of the North West District 33 and is the external legal advisor of the Italian National TV Artists.
Mr. Bartalini is also member of the China Desk at Nctm and he advises Chinese clients and Italian clients having interests in China.
He has worked with Guardia di Finanza (Financial Police), as a Deputy Teacher in Commercial Law, and he was member of anti-doping commission of Italian Ice Sport Association from 2002 to 2006.
In addition, he was a member of the Associated Studies Relations Committee of Cassa Forense, as well as a member of the Sports Law and Sports Events Commission of the Milan Bar Association.
