Laura Frisoli has gained a strong experience in both domestic and international tax issues.
Laura provides tax assistance on complex transfer pricing matters, assisting multinational groups in the design of their transfer pricing policy. She also has strong backgrounds in tax assistance of merger & acquisition, financing, private equity and restructuring, as well as in international tax planning. She deals also with tax ramifications related to trust and estate planning.
