Lorenzo Macchia provides advice and is an expert in financial, banking and insurance regulatory matters.
He assists intermediaries in connection with the provision of investment services, the structuring of financial products and instruments, and relations with supervisory authorities, as well as with collective asset management, design, establishment, authorization, and marketing of UCITS.
Lorenzo Macchia also advises intermediaries on anti-money laundering and anti-terrorist financing and on the provision of banking and financial services, banking contracts, banking transparency, the distribution and distance marketing of banking and financial products, guarantees and financing, and the organization and structuring of networks of credit brokers and financial agents.
He advises various Italian so-called “società fiduciarie” and is a member of Assofiduciaria’s Technical and Regulatory Commission for Legal and Fiscal Advice.
