Luca Campise has been working, since 2021, with the Public Law and Procurement Department.
Luca provides daily assistance to companies, both domestic and international, in the field of public law, administrative law and public contracting, with a particular focus on participation in public tendering procedures governed by the Public Contracts Code in force from time to time as well as in project finance, public-private partnerships and investment projects in the energy and shipping sectors.
In addition, he assists, from an operational and legal perspective, public administration, public companies and publicly held companies for the management of the Procurement Function and for the drafting of all the acts necessary for the completion, award and contracting of sub-threshold and above-threshold public tender procedures.
Luca has gained specific expertise in supporting and assisting public entities and public companies in compliance matters under anti-mafia and transparency applicable regulations.
