Lucilla Casati primarily focuses on M&A and Private Equity and has gained significant experience in all areas of corporate and commercial law, providing assistance to national and multinational industrial operators and investment funds, both Italian and foreign, in the context of investment, acquisition, and sale of company shares, business or branch transfers, corporate reorganizations, mergers and demergers, and, in general, in extraordinary transactions, including cross-border transaction.
Lucilla also provides ongoing assistance to leading Italian and foreign insurance companies in underwriting processes related to the subscription of "Warranty and Indemnity" insurance policies related to share purchase agreements, having acquired considerable expertise in the W&I sector.
Lucilla is also a teaching assistant at the University of Milan with Prof. Christian Romeo, Professor of Private Law.
