Ludovica D’Ostuni provides legal assistance to insurance undertakings and intermediaries, banks, investment firms, asset management companies, and financial intermediaries in relation to legal, regulatory, organisational and compliance matters concerning insurance activities and products, investment, banking and payment services, and collective asset management.
She also advises on the organisation and management of networks of financial advisers authorised to provide off-premises services, as well as insurance intermediaries.
Her practice also includes litigation, assisting clients both in judicial proceedings and in alternative dispute resolution (ADR) proceedings, including before the Arbitrator for Financial Disputes (ACF) and the Banking and Financial Ombudsman (ABF) and Insurance Ombusman (ASS).
She regularly participates as a speaker at conferences on insurance law and investment and banking services, and conducts training courses, including for members of corporate bodies.
