Matteo Consiglio

Throughout his professional career, he has developed specialist expertise in corporate administrative liability under Italian Legislative Decree No. 231/2001, assisting companies with the drafting, review and updating of organisational, management and control models, as well as providing ongoing assistance to Supervisory Bodies (Organismi di Vigilanza). He has also served as a member of Supervisory Bodies.

His practice also covers integrated compliance and internal control systems, assisting companies with the design and implementation of management systems in accordance with leading international standards, including ISO 37301.

He has also developed specific expertise in anti-bribery and anti-corruption matters, including the design and implementation of management systems compliant with ISO 37001, the conduct of compliance due diligence, and the drafting of internal policies, procedures and organisational safeguards.

He also advises companies on whistleblowing matters, with particular focus on the design of processes for receiving, assessing and managing reports, including within management systems compliant with ISO 37002, as well as on the drafting of related corporate procedures and the implementation of dedicated reporting channels and platforms.

He advises a diverse portfolio of Italian and international clients, including listed and privately held companies operating across a range of industry sectors.

He is a member of the Young Professionals Committee of ASLA – Associazione degli Studi Legali Associati, where he is responsible for the “Institutional Affairs” area.
