Matteo Consiglio has been working for ADVANT Nctm since May 2023 and has gained specific expertise in corporate governance and compliance matters.
Matteo supports both listed and unlisted clients in the implementation and updating of Organization, Management and Control Models pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001, also contributing to the definition and optimization of internal procedures and Codes of Ethics. Matteo provides ongoing assistance to Supervisory Bodies and has served as a member of both single-person and collegial Supervisory Bodies.
Futhermore, he has experience in managing and maintaining certification systems in accordance with the technical standards ISO 37001 (anti-bibery), ISO 37002 (whistleblowing) and ISO 37301 (compliance management systems).
