    Matteo Spitella assists national and international clients with corporate law and M&A transactions, drafting acquisition agreements, investment agreements, shareholders' agreements and corporate deeds.

    He has developed specific expertise in the renewable energy sector, providing legal assistance in development and co-development agreements as well as in sector contracting.
