Matteo Spitella provides legal assistance and advice on ongoing basis in civil, commercial and corporate law, with a focus on business contracts.
He has also gained experience in the field of extraordinary corporate transactions, with particular reference to divestments and acquisitions of shareholdings, companies and business units, collaborating in the various stages of the transactions and dealing with the drafting of acquisition contracts, investment agreements, shareholders' agreements, bylaws, resolutions, powers of attorney, and other corporate documents.
He also gained expertise in corporate compliance, with particular regard to the administrative liability of entities pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 231 of 8 June 2001, developed by assisting companies and non-profit organizations in the preparation, implementation and updating of organizational, management and control models, in risk assessment activities and in supporting the Supervisory Bodies in carrying out their typical activities, as well as in internal training.
