Pierpaolo Canero is associate on the China Desk.
Within the China Desk, he assists Italian companies in China and Chinese companies in Italy, including on intellectual property, data protection and litigation. He also advises on ESG and product compliance (packaging, EUDR, environmental claims) and on corporate and commercial law. He is a member of the firm’s working group on the adoption of artificial intelligence.
