Raffaele Caldarone focuses his practice on commercial and corporate law. His experience covers corporate transactions and advisory work in contract law. His practice also extends to matters of corporate governance, risk control, and corporate liability.
His clients include companies operating in the manufacturing, oil & gas, and infrastructure industries. He is the author of articles published in some of the leading Italian journals on commercial and corporate law. He also participates as a speaker at conferences and seminars on these topics.
He has been a member of Transparency International Italia for many years, an association in which he previously served on the Board of Arbitrators (Collegio dei Probiviri) and where he currently holds the position as Supervisory Body (Organo di Controllo).
