Roberta Russo provides legal advisory services in connection with day-to-day personnel management, extraordinary corporate transactions, business restructuring and reorganisation processes and bankruptcy procedures, also in the context of insolvency proceedings.
She has considerable expertise in providing labor- and union-related assistance to both Italian and multinational companies, including listed ones, dealing with litigation and advising on an ongoing basis in various areas, supporting clients with managing issues related to individual and collective dismissals and the relevant procedures, national and international split-ups, contracts (including agency and outsourcing agreements), harmonization agreements and incentive plans, including the regulated contexts (MBOs, LTIs, stock option plans, retention bonuses, etc.), special agreements (such as golden parachutes, exit bonuses, non-competition agreements), as well as in the context of negotiations related to the conclusion of company agreements (connected with the activation of social shock absorbers as well as second level bargaining). She is a speaker at numerous conferences and workshops relating to labour matters also in cooperation with G.I.D.P. (Human Resources Directors Association).
Since April 1999 she has been collaborating with the chair of Labour Law at the University of Milan.
