    Expertise

    Stefano Padovani deals with banking and finance, capital markets, corporate finance and M&A with specific regard to banking and financial services.

    He advises several domestic and international banks, debt funds and other financial institutions in extraordinary transactions which include structured finance and debt restructuring agreements, purchase and disposal of NPEs, as well as in their routine business. Among his clients are key domestic and international financial institutions, banks and funds, and include such impressive and global clients 

    He is also the Chairman of the Board of Directors of NextLegal, a law firm promoted by Nctm and Cribis Credit Management (belonging to the CRIF Group) to act as a reference law firm in the areas of NPL portfolio management, massive debt recovery and serial litigation, focused on process automation.
