    Expertise

    Stefano Padovani is an expert in Banking and Finance, Debt Capital Market, Corporate Finance and M&A with specific regard to banking and financial services.

    He advises several banks, financial intermediaries, debt funds and other domestic and international financial institutions in domestic and cross-border extraordinary transactions which include real estate finance, structured finance, bond issues, debt restructuring agreements, purchase and disposal of NPEs, as well as in their routine business.

    He is also the Chairman of the Board of Directors of NextLegal, a law firm promoted by Nctm and Cribis Credit Management (belonging to the CRIF Group) to act as a reference law firm in the areas of NPL portfolio management, massive debt recovery and serial litigation, focused on process automation.

    He joined ADVANT Nctm as an equity partner in 2000, after having started his career in the Italian legal market as a partner in 1997.
