Valentina Molinari has been collaborating with the Corporate & Commercial department since 2018 and provides legal advice and assistance to national and multinational companies mainly in compliance and commercial matters.
In particular, she provides support in data protection matters, administrative liability of the entities pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 231/2001 as well as contract and commercial law.
Valentina also assists in various compliance projects with Regulation EU 2016/679 and provides breach response services, especially for insurance companies.
