Veronica Polei deals with restructuring and turnaround operations, both in court and out-of-court, regarding financial and industrial entities; debt collection towards debtors under insolvency procedures; assistance in the purchase of assets from bankruptcy proceedings. Veronica is also engaged in civil and insolvency litigation.
Before joining ADVANT Nctm, Veronica was an associate at two law firms specialised in insolvency law where she assisted bankruptcy trustees and judicial commissioners and dealt with litigation on civil and insolvency matters. Veronica has also completed a clerkship (pursuant to Article 73 of Decree-Law 169/2013) at the Insolvency Division of the Court of Milan.
