    International Arbitration and Risk Management


    Alberto Toffoletto e Angelo Anglani parteciperanno all'evento organizzato da SDA Bocconi - School of Management che si terrà i prossimi 26-28 novembre presso l'Università Bocconi.

    L'incontro si pone l'obiettivo di approfondire le principali tematiche legate all'arbitrato internazionale e alla gestione dei rischi in contesti globali, offrendo strumenti pratici e analisi strategiche per i professionisti del settore.

    In particolare, Angelo Anglani parteciperà al panel International arbitration as a “project” previsto per martedì 26 novembre alle ore 11.00 con focus su:

    • the preliminary SWOT analysis (of the claimant and the respondent)
    • early Case Assessment
    • creation of the team and identification of the internal manager/supervisor (legal, technical, commercial)
    • the selection of external consultants (legal and technical)
    • alternative remuneration models for external consultants
    • monitoring costs
