ADVANT Nctm announces that Raffaele Giarda has joined the Firm as Partner.
Raffaele Giarda’s arrival further strengthens the Firm’s Technology, Media, Entertainment and Telecommunications (TMT) practice, which will benefit from his extensive experience gained over more than three decades in sector-specific regulation, including matters relating to foreign direct investments in Italy (FDI).
