    Expertise

    Alberto Torrazza deals with port law and his expertise includes construction and operation of ports and terminals, safety requirements, environmental concerns and employment matters, day-to-day operational issues, granting and renegotiating infrastructure concessions, UE competition law in ports and port dues. 

    He also advises in M&A and financial transaction in port and logistic sectors, as well as on regulatory and competition matters. 

    His clients include leading shipping companies, port authorities and terminal operators.
