Elisa Tunno collaborates with the Firm as an associate and is a member of the Energy and Infrastructure department.
She assists national and international clients operating in the energy sector, with a particular focus on administrative law aspects related to M&A transactions and extraordinary operations, as well as regulatory issues connected to these activities.
Elisa graduated in law cum laude from Alma Mater Studiorum – Bologna University in 2023, with a thesis in Administrative Law focused on the contrast between the interest in environmental protection and the interest in cultural heritage protection.
In 2026, she was admitted to the Italian Bar Association before the Court of Bologna.
