Fabio Coco's practice focuses on out-of-court advice and litigation in banking, insurance and financial regulatory matters, with particular expertise in fintech issues and in relation to ICT services.
He advises a wide range of supervised entities (e.g. banks, insurance companies, financial intermediaries, SIMs, SGRs, AIFMs, payment institutions, IMELs, pension funds, securitisation special purpose vehicles, credit intermediaries, insurance intermediaries and financial advisors) on client relations, internal organisation and various aspects of their business. He advises on the adaptation of contracts, internal procedures and disclosure documents of supervised entities both in the context of industry regulatory compliance and new innovative projects.
He collaborates with various training companies, also as a speaker at conferences and webinars on the most important regulatory changes.
