    Expertise

    Filippo Di Peio has broad experience in general corporate, commercial, domestic and cross-border litigation, bankruptcy law. 

    He assists client companies in civil, bankruptcy and administrative disputes as well as in national and international arbitration procedures.

    He has a depth knowledge of the matters concerning the extraordinary administration proceedings for large insolvent companies.

    He also gained a significant experience in aviation law, assisting national and international airlines as well as one of the main aviation public sector operators in Italy.

    He has acted, for nine years from 2012 to 2020, as member of the Compliance Committee of CONSAP S.p.A., with significant experience in corporate liability, organization, management and control model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001 and in anti-corruption in public administrations (Law 190/2012).
