    Expertise

    Giulio Uras provides advice and assistance on data, privacy, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence and compliance to national and multinational companies and group of companies, operating in particular in the publishing, fashion, pharmaceutical, medical and telecommunications sectors. 

    In the IT & Data area, his activity has the primary aim of ensuring the compliance of processes, activities, systems and products with European and national regulations governing data economy, network and information systems security and technological development: from GDPR to NIS2, from the Data Act to the Artificial Intelligence Act.

    In the White Collar Crime & Compliance area, he has extensive experience in the preparation and implementation of organisation, management and control models, in conducting internal investigations and in the design and management of whistleblowing systems.

    Finally, he provides regulatory advice to pharmaceutical companies and medical device manufacturers, especially in the area of clinical trials.
