    Expertise

    Lorenzo Piscitelli provides legal assistance and support in favor of national and international clients regarding all the administrative and regulatory aspects (e.g., permitting, urban planning, regulatory and environmental matters) relevant in the context of the construction and operation of, inter alia, renewable assets, grid infrastructures, oil and gas infrastructures, waste to energy assets. 

    He has gained an in-depth expertise in the Energy, Utilities & Infrastructures sector both in the framework of M&A transactions (buy & sell side) or financing/re-financing transactions and in the context of development activities.

    Lorenzo also deals with regulatory matters, public procurement contracts, concession agreements, public-private partnerships, environmental law, town planning and landscape protection issues relevant to the Energy & Utilities market.
