    Luca Cavagnaro deals with commercial and corporate law and advises on ordinary and extraordinary operations. 

    National and international clients assisted in these matters include listed and unlisted companies active in various fields with a focus on the environment and energy, shipping, transport and logistics sectors.

    He gained specific experience in corporate governance and compliance matters, covering different areas of interest (legislative decree 231/2001, ethics, anti-corruption, anti-money laundering, human rights, HSE, etc.).

    He holds positions as chairman and member in the supervisory bodies of various companies and foundations.
