Energy and Infrastructures - Public Law and Procurement
Ludovica collaborates with the Firm as an associate and is a member of the Energy and Infrastructure department, assisting clients in front of the Administrative Courts, supporting them during the administrative proceedings to obtain the authorizations and/or the environmental permits and handling the administrative law aspects and regulatory issues related to M&A transactions and extraordinary operations.
Before joining ADVANT Nctm, Ludovica has gained expertise in prominent Italian boutique law firms specializing in administrative law, acquiring training and skills in consulting and administrative litigation, assisting national and international clients operating in the energy renewables sector.
Ludovica graduated in law cum laude from Pontifical Lateran University in 2022.
She attended in 2023 the Short-Master online “Waste Manager: New Challenges of the Circular Economy and Waste Management” from Scuola di Formazione IPSOA.
In 2024, she was admitted to the Italian Bar Association before the Court of Rome.
