Marco Monaco deals with public-private partnership procedures and public procurement procedures, with particular regard to legal support to public entities and private operators, administrative proceedings relating to EU and internal financing, highway concessions, urban transformation operations and the valorization and disposal of public assets, and administrative and civil litigation in the above matters.
Marco Monaco has a long experience as a professor of Master's schools on the regulation of public procurement and project finance, the administrative procedure, the legal nature and procedures for the establishment of joint-stock companies with public participation, real estate funds for the disposal and enhancement of public assets, energy efficiency and the redevelopment of public and private assets, the skills and functions of municipalities and provinces in the light of the local authorities reform measures.
