Mattia Salvatori is an expert in corporate and commercial law, dealing primarily with ongoing legal advice and assistance to domestic and multinational companies, as well as drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements in a wide range of industries such as Automotive, Technology, Media, Entertainment and Telecommunications (TMET), Fintech, Life Sciences, Healthcare, Energy, Luxury and Fashion.
Healso provides legal assistance to the above companies with reference to, inter alia, relationships with distributors, agents, customers and suppliers, both in the B2B and B2C transactions.
He collaborates also with the “Shipping and Logistics” department and focuses on maritime and port law with regard to transport and logistics issues.
In 2024, he supported, as part of a secondment program, the legal function of a leading company operating in the production and marketing of designer furniture, modern and contemporary decor, and furnishing accessories.
Finally, he also boasts extensive experience in legal-scientific translation and is a sworn translator and interpreter for the Court of Modena and the Chamber of Commerce of Milan.
