Thanks to intensive M&A activity, which predominantly characterised the first part of his professional career, he is involved in structuring M&A and Restructuring transactions, both Italian and cross-border deals, focusing mainly on the Employment aspects.
He also provides advice to top manager of major multinationals in connection with their entry into or departure from a company.
