    Expertise

Michele Bignami advises both large multinational groups and local companies in all the industries on employment and industrial relation matters as well as on distribution cases (for historic reasons in Italy the agency law is part of the Labour law).

In light of the experience in the M&A sector, that was his predominant activity in his first part of his professional path, he is frequently involved in large transactional projects concerning labour restructuring procedures.

Michele also advises top-managers both during the negotiation of their employment agreement and in connection with the termination of their engagement.

He leads focus groups, composed by academics and business operators, on the consequence of the increasing development of the new technologies in the workplace.
