Energy and Infrastructures - Public Law and Procurement - Real Estate
Michele Carli works with the Firm as a member of the Energy and Infrastructure department and assists Italian and international clients – including operators, banking institutions, and investment funds – with regard to administrative and regulatory aspects in the context of M&A transactions, financing, and refinancing in the renewable energy sector, with a particular focus on photovoltaic, wind, BESS, biogas and biomethane plants, and data centres.
He has gained significant experience in development activities, management of authorisation proceedings and secondary permitting, in coordination with public authorities, technical advisors, and financial stakeholders, including participation in real estate negotiations.
