    Expertise

    Paolo Lazzarino is the Milan-based partner expert in intellectual property law, with a wide experience in complex litigation proceedings, also with multi-jurisdictional implications, aimed at defencing corporate intangible assets.

    He regularly assists clients in intellectual property and advertising matters and is often involved in the negotiation of licensing, research and development, distribution, sponsorship, software, database, media, and advertising agreements for companies in the fashion, entertainment, marketing, tech, biotech and design field.

    Author of scientific papers and lecturer for master courses at IED (European Institute of Design) and SDA Bocconi, he is quoted by Chambers & Partners, Legal 500 and Who's Who Legal as one of the Italian leading professionals in the field of industrial and intellectual property. In April 2023, he was appointed as a member of the Intellectual Property and Antitrust Commission of the Milan Bar Association and assigned to the study group on the Unified Patent Court (UPC).
