Angelo Anglani

Angelo Anglani is an experienced dispute resolution lawyer, with a particular focus on cross border litigation and international arbitration. His practice ranges from general commercial litigation to securities litigation, mass and class actions, construction , oil & gas, energy and environment, unfair competition, product liability, and, more generally, in contentious or pre-litigation matters arising from M&A and commercial contracts in general, also with respect to any insolvency related aspects. Frequently involved in recognition and enforcement matters in Italy and abroad. He is very active in interna-tional and domestic arbitration, whether under the rules of ICC and other arbitral institutions, under ad-hoc rules, or in the context of court challenges of arbitration awards. Frequently appointed as arbitrator in international arbitration proceedings.
