He has solid experience in the management of sophisticated disputes regarding investments, mass actions, unfair competition, product liability, litigation or pre-litigation arising from M&A, construction, energy and commercial contracts, also with bankruptcy implications or genesis.
He is very active in the area of international and domestic arbitration, whether under the rules of ICC and other arbitral institutions, under ad-hoc rules, or in the context of court challenges of arbitration awards. Frequently appointed as arbitrator in international arbitration proceedings.

Angelo is Senior Vice Chair of the IBA - International Bar Association Litigation Committee, member of A.I.A.-Associazione Italiana Arbitrato and among the founders, as well as current co-chair, of ArbIt - the Italian Forum on Arbitration and ADR. He is a member of the Appointing Authority of the Chinese European Arbitration Center - CEAC.
