Biography:
Angelo Anglani is an experienced dispute resolution lawyer, with a particular focus on cross border litigation and international arbitration.
He frequently acted as expert on Italian law in legal proceedings pending before foreign courts, preparing affidavit and/or expert reports on aspects of Italian law applicable to the relevant disputes. He also repeatedly assisted, as a counsel, foreign clients in mediation procedures held in Italy.
Mr Anglani is a member of: IBA - International Bar Association (Immediate Past Chair in the Litigation Committee and member of the Arbitration and Mediation committees); A.I.A.- Associazione Italiana Arbitrato (member of the board); ArbIt – the Italian Forum for Arbitration and ADR (co-founder and past chair); CEEA – Chinese European Arbitra-tion Association, supporting CEAC (the Chinese European Arbitration Centre) where he is a member of the relevant Appointing Authority; AIGE – Associazione Italiana Giuristi Europei.
