    Decreto FerZ, ADVANT: nodi aperti su Albo, certificati e rischio profilo


    La consultazione sul decreto FerZ mostra un settore più consapevole ma ancora diviso su aspetti chiave del nuovo meccanismo. A fronte di un apprezzamento generale per l’approccio sistemico e tecnologicamente neutrale, emergono criticità su Albo, certificati, gestione del rischio profilo e durata degli strumenti di copertura. I margini di modifica restano limitati dai vincoli europei, ma il recepimento delle osservazioni degli operatori sarà decisivo per garantire efficacia, partecipazione e fiducia nel nuovo schema incentivante.
