    L'AI Act ti ha sommerso?

    L’impiego dei sistemi di intelligenza artificiale, nell’Unione Europea, è disciplinato dal Regolamento (UE) 2024/1689, più noto come AI Act, che prescrive diversi obblighi a seconda de:

    • il ruolo dell'operatore economico
    • il livello di rischio del sistema di AI

    Se sei un deployer, e cioè se ti limiti ad utilizzare sistemi di AI all'interno della tua impresa, solo alcuni degli obblighi previsti dall'AI Act troveranno applicazione.
